Job Duties:
• Given the US-FDA mandated Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) along with the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) and the rise in customer demands from all sectors, the Associate Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance is an important leader on our team and plays a key role to ensure our suppliers are in full compliance with US government and customers’ requirements
• Work closely with foreign suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor FDA regulatory changes, assist with other tasks as needed
• Customer’s supplier/vendor program, ex) Costco, GORP updating with R&D
• Audit foreign food manufacturing facilities supplier approval documentation and perform GMP/HACCP verification
• Perform Supplier Risk Analysis and review Food Safety documents for all current and potential suppliers
• Conduct OEM in approval process and managing and evaluating of OEM food safety and quality program
• Active participation with customer complaint investigation
• Conduct an investigation and communicating with OEM regarding a customer complaint and food safety and quality matter

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, (bio-)chemistry, chemical engineering, or agricultural science is required
• Food quality and food safety system knowledge and experience and familiarity with food regulatory compliance required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, food distribution, food manufacturing, supply chain, or related field
• Required certificates: PCQI, FSVP QI, SQF Ver 8.1 training, HACCP
• Understanding/knowledge of food microbiology, chemistry and biological chemistry
• Understanding/knowledge of FDA and USDA food regulation
• Proficient with computers, MS office, Genesis, and strong communication skills
• Good communication skills, Bilingual (English, Korean) is required

Job Duties:
• Managing accounts payable and accounts Receivable.
• Prepare weekly check run, ACH, and credit card payment.
• Monthly and yearly closings process by reviewing and preparing Financial Statement.
• Maintain fixed asset system and related files.
• Provide 1099 and 1042 information for vendor during the tax season.
• Process Platforms (Google, Apple) and reconcile to sales statements.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support Business Management team
• Purchase office supplies.
• Register and manage work-related software accounts.
• Work all external audits, including working in conjunction with external auditors.
• Reporting Cash Management/Credit Card and bank transactions.
• Prepare weekly check run, ACH, and credit card payment.
• Annual business license tax, property tax filings, other miscellaneous filings
• Calculate Royalty by country by country and prepare Royalty Statements for IP Holder by monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications, Google Sheets and Docs

Job Duties:
• Manage and mentor the Localization Coordinators and Specialists to ensure their work is delivered on time and is of the highest quality and help them develop their translation skills.
• Ensure all translations produced by the internal team and the outsource vendors meet set brand specifications and the company’s quality standards.
• Develop, improve, implement, and document translation processes and workflow and recommend improvements to enhance the quality of the final products.
• Work with project managers to create Localization project plans and translation schedules based on requirements; allocates project resources.
• Research and provide feedback on text management tools. Maintain a clean translation database by establishing/streamlining TM/TB management and back-up process. Also, conduct vendor research and provide translation feedback as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent technical Korean to English (and vice versa) translation skills
• Fluency in Korean and English is required

Job Duties:
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful and on-time completion of each phase of localization including translation, recording, and LQA.
• Create localization kits and assess timelines for content releases
• Support in development, improvement, and implementation of Localization procedures, processes, and workflows with the internal and external partners.
• Assist Localization Project Manager and/or Localization Manager with researching new localization vendors, creating and managing vendor database, providing vendor analysis reports. This includes voice over studios as well as any localization software out in the market.
• Assist with tracking PRs and invoices and ensure external audio, voice-over, and localization work stay on budget
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 3+ years of work experience
• 1-2 years of project managing experience required
• Solid knowledge of the current state of the online game industry preferred
• Knowledge of and experience working with external vendors and talent in the recording and creation of voice-over preferred
• Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to find solutions and provide recommendations to all levels of management
• Fluency in English and Korean
• Scheduled and non-scheduled overtime can be required, including weekends
• Experience with CAT tool is preferred

Job Duties:
• Provide support for on-going ERP project planning on company business sites
• Assess business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation
• Participate in strategic business initiatives to deliver the functionality of new SAP system
• Coordinate between company branches and the HQ to implement a new process or
improve existing processes within SAP PP/MM/SD modules
• Determine how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes
• Provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end user relationships and provide on-going support
• Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot project issues
• Configure SAP solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced
functionalities and user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate with corporate IT to offer technical solutions and resolve issues
• Keep informed of the latest SAP updates, developments, and offerings
• Provide SAP end-user training and support
• Solid Knowledge in SAP Master Data (Material, Vendor, Customer, BOM, Routing)
• Communicate with the HQ regarding FCM(FI/TR/CO) issues
• Provide support and maintenance of non-SAP applications or systems

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ yrs. of current SAP configuration and support in the areas of Production Planning, Materials Management, and/or Inbound / Outbound logistic
• Bilingual in English/Korean or English/Chinese preferred
• S/4 HANA experience preferred
• SAP certification preferred
