Job Duties:

• Receive orders, input into the system, and print order list and hand over to warehouse workers
• Adjust order quantity by communicating with stores and issue the pickup list
• Input PO information into the system and print all the ordered list and hand over to warehouse for receiving
• Verify invoices of vendors with quantity and amounts when it is delivered based on PO
• Check and verify items and the quantity when receiving and shipping out
• Daily inventory closing
Inventory
• Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products
• Confirm receiving and shipping daily to keep correct daily inventory data
• Report any issues such as shortages, overages, aging, and etc.
• Handle any internal logistics with other departments
• Sales and shipping for internal use
• Deal directly with customers or vendors either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Follow up and resolve any maintenance issues related to our facility

Requirements:

• College BS Degree or equivalent experiences
• 1~3 years of purchasing or logistics experiences, food industry experiences preferred
• Computer Skills including WMS, Excel, Outlook, and etc.
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Ability and know how to deal with high stress situation and how to prioritize works to do

Job Duties:

• Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret agreements
• Review and evaluate transactions with mergers, acquisitions, and/or joint ventures
• Perform due diligence reviews, structure transactions, draft and negotiate acquisition/definitive agreements
• Support corporate governance and administration of corporate records, including preparing Board of Director materials and corporate resolutions
• Advise business team on legal issues and risks, company policies, and business strategies
• Assist in creating and improving agreements and templates for corporate and strategic matters
• Monitor and manage outside counsels on various matters

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house (includes 2 years in corporate law)

Job Duties;

• Review accounting transactions and disclosures for compliance with GAAP and other regulations
• Research, analyze, document and present conclusions, in accordance with authoritative accounting literature on significant accounting and reporting matters
• Review processes to ensure efficient and effective internal controls are maintained
• Support special projects as assigned by the Manager
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processes
• Assist with company audits and preparation of reports required by regulatory agencies
• Review inter-company transactions among branches across U.S., Europe, and Asia
• Check for proper expense and revenue accruals
• Review quarterly revenue reports for tax reporting purposes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements;

• Must be fluent in Korean
• At least 4 years (preferably 4 ~ 6 years) of finance/accounting experience
• Must reside within driving distance of the company

Job Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the operations of our Shopify and Magento platform (products uploads, promotions, feedback etc).
• Assist in the design phase of the website in order to ensure that the design team’s recommendations and vision are reflected
• Take P&L ownership of the monthly online marketing budget.
• Oversee digital marketing functions including SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing to drive marketing vision across several channels.
• Update Excel feeds for internal team and partner vendors, as needed.
• Investigate and report any operational/technical issues that arise.
• Implement ongoing marketing efforts and optimization through data analysis and customer feedback.
• Perform daily site audits to ensure the accuracy of content, merchandising, navigation, and search functionality for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

• 4 - 5 years of eCommerce experience.
• 3 years of PPC platform management
• Understanding of current best practices for eCommerce business models, web development, and U/X Design best practices.
• Working knowledge and experience with eCommerce activities, online marketing channels, and content management.
• Have an understanding of disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, & SEO).
• Have an understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an eCommerce context.
• Demonstrated an understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, content management systems, and processes.
• Javascript, Jquery proficiency preferred
• Continuous learner who stays abreast of business, consumer and industry trends
• Experience in Direct to consumer CPG/ Beauty, Fashion, Accessories, or Apparel environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Job Duties:

• Execute global supply planning activities for internal manufacturing and 3rd party suppliers including; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material/Capacity Requirement Planning (MRP), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
• Coordinate communication/actions between sales and manufacturing/operation team
• Manage inventory budget for the assigned areas
• Work collaboratively with sales and operation teams during times of production allocation situation caused by supply disruption, supply constrained scenarios. Develop contingency plans to facilitate immediate action and clear communication to all supply chain
• Collaborate with the production/operation team to establish a consensus supply plan taking into sales forecast, inventory optimization and customer service targets
• Lead process standardization, improvement and excellence to drive consistency, efficiency and productivity in the day to day operation
• Work collaboratively with sales/marketing and production team to plan for new product launch, product transitions, special promotion and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP knowledge preferred
• APICS Certification is preferred
• Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training, and/or certification is preferred
• Bilingual in Korean strongly preferred
