Job Duties:

Manage Materials and provide support to Production Department for both Dumpling and Noodle Plants

1. Manufacturing Resource Planning
• Raw Material usage planning based on production plan (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Update daily actual production and MRP program to issue PO
• Issue PO and confirm ETA with suppliers
• Lead time & safety stock monitoring
• Change PO quantity or ETA in case of emergency schedule changes
• Daily usage monitoring for main raw materials and report to production team
• STO from warehouse to warehouse when needed
• Prepare materials that needs defrosting

2. PO and Receiving management
• Daily Receiving monitoring and enter GR in ERP
• Process purchase invoices for payment
• Open PO monitoring

3. Master management
• BOM management in SAP
• Material master set up for new item

4. Monthly Closing
• Raw material physical counting & matching with ERP system
• Usage adjustment depending on physical counting (Cogi, GI adjustment)
• MR11 process
• Monthly Inventory Turnover report after closing

5. Improvement
• Seeking Cost savings in Raw materials and other
• Seeking to improve production efficiency by replacing rare materials and unifying recipes
• Seeking to improve STO process, FIFO, and inventory management in various ways
• Meeting with suppliers to improve current practices and resolve the issues

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Related Work Experience: Purchasing, SCM, Production Planning & Material Management experience in Food Industry preferred
• Language Skills: Bilingual (English and Korean) preferred
• Other Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Organized, team player, flexible and adaptable to change, ability to multitask and prioritize key tasks, attention to detail

Job Duties:

• Proactively communicate with Operations to identify business and marketing needs and develop immediate plans to improve sales, guest count and/or profitability
• Work closely with local Operations counterparts to establish and execute successful marketing programs, including grand openings, in-store activations, community outreach etc.
• Evaluate effectiveness and share results with Marketing and Operations.
• Development and hands-on implementation of promotional calendars, product launches and local marketing strategies
• Recap and analyze all promotional campaigns for shared learnings and future planning
• Identify, plan and execute special events & sponsorships that help us achieve brand goals
• Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive messaging across multiple platforms

• Work to build the Catering line. Generate catering sales by producing new clients through traditional and non-traditional sales methods.
• Solicit businesses to create brand awareness and catering offerings
• Support on-site event activation such as sampling or special events
• Some travel is required

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree with 3-4 years post undergrad business experience
• Must have a deep knowledge of the retail marketing industry with a proven track record of creating and delivering a variety of innovative marketing campaigns on time and within budget

Job Duties:

• Gather, analyze current industry titles and identify its key factors that contribute to the success in western mobile gaming market.
• Participate in game development stages and propose solutions to localize and add values to the titles in order to succeed in the western market.
• Communicate with overseas contacts to conduct pre-production analysis and provide support in meeting game development objectives, including but not limited to trend analysis, contents management, roadmap planning, marketing strategies, engineering, localization, quality assurance, and monetization.
• Coordinate activities with various teams(internal/overseas) to meet the objectives of live operations targets of each responsible game title(s).
• Continuously analyze live operations key metrics and user feedback to derive insights on user trends and behavior.
• Propose solutions to improve all aspects of title quality and to maintain long term success of published titles.

Requirements:

• Passion for games of all types, especially mobile games
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience(s).
• At minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a gaming/mobile gaming production management.
• Ability to prioritize projects to meet due dates.

Job Duties:

This position will be responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers, conducting transaction reconciliation, provide invoice/expense report analysis, assist with invoice processing, etc. The position requires the employee to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team in some situations, meet deadlines, etc.

• Responsible for day to day operations support in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, employee benefits, new hire training/orientation and other HR projects/processes
• Serves as point of contact for employees
• Address and resolve requests, concerns and inquiries
• Handle and resolve employee and manager queries
• Work closely with HR Manager in supporting assigned departments
• Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding of separating employees

• Prepares responses for unemployment claims and coordinates the appeals process when required
• Supports feedback from management and employees through various sources including surveys, suggestions and other focus employee groups
• Assists with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities as required
• Assists with all HR communication efforts as required
• Assist in processing payroll efforts as required

Job Duties:

• Analyze and distribute (IRI) monthly category/brand/market reports to team regarding the Mainstream Grocery Channel that includes key takeaways and key actions to make.
• Analyze and distribute (IRI) weekly Costco sales reports to team that includes key takeaways.
• Help update and create customer sales presentations and category reviews that includes syndicated data analysis that helps stewards assortment decisions and promotion plan
• Help develop and maintain a Trade promotion library of past events with ROI analytics and effectiveness
• Maintain and update customer promotional planners with sales team
• Review and analyze syndicated data around item movement, SKU assortment and pricing to help identify opportunities at the customer and market levels
• Perform analysis of retailer marketplace intelligence that includes competitive analysis.
• Assists in the annual customer planning process
• Assist on various miscellaneous sales projects

Requirements:

• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics preferred
• Related Work Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing or related field, Grocery and Mass Channels of Trade preferred, CPG experience within Food industry preferred
