Job Duties

• Plan, submit and manage orders and account payables for development /production programs
• Keeps the management team informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as customer meetings, weekly work plans, and monthly sales deliverables.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
• Generate market trend reports on existing and potential market trends.
• Support industry events, leadership meetings and conferences
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Support development of new products with surrounding teams (Project Management, Engineering, Quality, Production and Supply Chain Management)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business from a four-year college or university required; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1~3 years in Automotive Industry Preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP ERP Experience Preferred
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Bilingual (English and Korean) preferred
• Frequent trips to customer sites in Detroit area. Ability to travel, as necessary

Job Duties:

• Review Cash and AR activities and prepare general ledger entries to ensure transactions are timely & accurately reflected in the general ledger
• Reconcile AR sub-modules to the general ledger for all entities
• Review and prepare reconciliations to ensure all cash, payables and accrual accounts are reconciled in a timely manner
• File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports
• Support the month-end and year-end close process
• Assist with the year-end financial statement audit
• Assist with any other ad hoc analysis or reports as needed
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support Account & Finance team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• ERP experience, SAP preferable
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, VLookUp, and other advance features
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with sharp decision making skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, work independently and knows how to prioritize tasks

Job Duties:

• Necessary training programs will be provided
• Assist a cable splicing work as per the instruction
• Cable project with various major utilities as like LADWP, SCE and SDG&E
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• MS Office (word, excel, power point, and etc.)
• Bilingual (English and Korean in reading, writing, and speaking)
• Positive mind and good communication skills
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Job Duties:

• Translate and localize Korean game scripts to English.
• Assure the quality of the translated scripts meet cultural, lingual, industrial, and technical criteria by performing localization quality tasks.
• Modify and edit all scripts as necessary
• Report job progress to localization team manager
• Other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in literature related major
• Fluency in both Korean and English; native speakers preferred
• 2 to 5 years of experience in translating gaming-related scripts
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Excellent writing and editing skills

Job Duties:

• Logistics
• Manage delivery of products to customer. It includes finding the best shipping methods and scheduling shipments of product.
• Keep and track of precise record of all incoming and outgoing products
• Order Process
• Receive orders from the customer every Monday and Thursday and input and print all order list from the system
• Create picking list
• Receive additional order from the customer
• Inventory
• Reconcile the actual inventory records with the system
• Report any shortage, overage, and all inventory levels every month for replenishment

Requirements:

• Basic level of computer proficiency in MS office & Excel
• BA degree or equivalent experience required
• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
